Filters manufactured by Microbloc are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship.
In the event of an engine or equipment failure directly caused by a proven defective Microbloc filter, which was properly installed and changed following the engine or equipment manufacturer's recommended service intervals, Microbloc will restore the engine or equipment to a condition equivalent to that existing just before the failure.
Claims for engine or equipment repairs provided under this warranty must be submitted within 30 days after discovery of damage. Microbloc Technical Services Department reserves the right to examine the engine or equipment and filter to determine the amount of damage and whether it was caused by a defective Microbloc filter. Microbloc will reimburse reasonable costs to repair or replace, whichever is less, the damaged engine or components, Equipment warranties should not be voided solely due to the use of Microbloc products.
This Warranty extends from the date of installation of the product through the duration of the product's instructions or user’s manual stated, special and atrocious environment excluded.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from state to state. Engine and equipment manufacturer's warranties remain in effect when Microbloc filters are used. Microbloc is not responsible for failure resulting from misuse, faulty installation, alteration, neglect, or accident; nor is Microbloc responsible for downtime, loss of income, living expenses, or other incidental or consequential damages. The Warranty is the sole warranty made by Microbloc. WE MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

• How to Submit A Filter Claim
In the unlikely event a Microbloc product causes you a problem, you will need to follow this warranty procedure. We recommend that you read the following information completely for proper instructions on how to submit a filter claim.
If you need further assistance, please connect our Technical Service or our dealer. They will be able to give assistance on questions regarding the warranty procedure only. They cannot answer other warranty related questions, such as analysis results, etc.
If any problem occurs while using Microbloc’s products; Retain the product in question and call us or the our distributor for your region to initiate the warranty process; DO NOT cut /open or alter the questionable product in any way. Box the suspect product using appropriate contain(s). We will provide you with the appropriate mailing address for the product. Retain any associate fluid samples and affected parts for possible evaluation. Include repair orders, list of repair parts used, labor charges, and any additional information that might support the requested claim.
 Retain the product in question; complete the claim form (see below) to initiate the warranty process.
 DO NOT cut open or alter the suspect product in any way. Box the suspect filter, with any oil or coolant samples, using appropriate fluid-tight containers.
 Include repair orders, list of repair parts used, labor charges, and any additional information that might support the request claim.
